1. The service
Pixel in Call provides internet video calls between two people using the same access code. Video can be converted into pixels to protect participants' identity.
2. Access codes
- Each code is personal, valid for 12 months from purchase, and costs €4.99 including VAT.
- Anyone who knows the code can join the call: you are responsible for keeping it safe and sharing it only with trusted people.
- Codes are non-refundable after first use, except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, threats, content exploiting minors, or to violate the rights of others. Codes may be deactivated without refund in case of abuse.
4. Availability
Calls connect directly between devices. Some networks may prevent a connection; we do not guarantee the service will always be available or uninterrupted.
5. Liability
We do not record and cannot see the content of calls. Each participant is responsible for what they show and say during a call.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
